This is a yearly subscription and renews annually until canceled.

What we need from you

How it works (remote)

  1. Purchase Home Antivirus (set quantity for how many PCs you want covered).

  2. A technician contacts you to schedule setup.

  3. We connect remotely using Splashtop and install/configure protection.

  4. We verify it is running correctly and confirm scans and key settings.

  5. We continue maintaining it as part of the yearly subscription.

Notes and limits

  • Windows only. We do not support macOS for this service.

  • This is managed antivirus, not a magic shield. Keeping Windows updated still matters.

  • If you have not been contacted within 24 hours, call PCRepair.us and we will get you scheduled.

  • Subscription renews yearly. Remote setup (nationwide) and ongoing monitoring included.
