This is a yearly subscription and renews annually until canceled.

What we need from you

  • A Windows PC with a stable internet connection

  • A scheduling window when the PC can be powered on and available

  • Admin access or permission to install software (if required)

  • A primary contact for the workstation (name, email, phone)

How it works (remote)

  1. Purchase Managed Antivirus (Business) (set quantity for how many PCs you want covered).

  2. A technician contacts you to schedule setup.

  3. We connect remotely using Splashtop and install/configure protection.

  4. We verify it is active and reporting properly, then confirm scan scheduling.

  5. We continue maintaining and monitoring it as part of the yearly subscription.

Notes and limits

  • Windows only. We do not support macOS for this service.

  • Managed antivirus reduces risk. It does not replace backups, patching, or user training.

  • If you have not been contacted within 24 hours, reach out and we will get you scheduled.
