Home I.T. Support gives you year-round remote support for a home Windows PC from PCRepair.us. When something breaks, runs slow, or just feels off, you contact us and we fix it remotely.

This is a yearly subscription and renews annually until canceled.

What’s included

  • Remote troubleshooting and tech help
    Help with common Windows problems, errors, and weird behavior.

  • Performance tune-ups
    Slow PC, startup junk, annoying programs, general cleanup and optimization.

  • Malware and virus cleanup assistance (when needed)
    If you get hit, we help you clean it up and reduce the chance it happens again.

  • Software help
    Install or uninstall software, browser issues, printer setup assistance, email help, and basic app troubleshooting.

  • Everyday support
    The “please make this stop” category. If it is a normal home PC problem, it probably fits here.

  • Managed antivirus included
    Bitdefender protection at no extra cost. We install it, keep it updated, and make sure it is running properly.

What we need from you

  • A Windows PC with an internet connection

  • A good email and phone number for setup and support

  • A time window when the PC can be on and available

  • Permission to install software (admin access, if required)

How it works (remote)

  1. Purchase Home I.T. Support (one plan per covered PC).

  2. A technician contacts you to schedule initial setup.

  3. We connect remotely using Splashtop and get everything configured.

  4. When you need help, you contact us and we work the issue with you remotely.

  5. Your subscription renews yearly so coverage stays active.

Notes and limits

  • Windows only. We do not support macOS for this plan.

  • Support is remote. If a hardware repair requires physical work, we will tell you what the options are.

  • If you have not been contacted within 24 hours, reach out and we will get you scheduled.
