Scam & Hack Cleanup is a remote cleanup and security service. We remove scammer access tools, check for persistence, run full malware scans, and clean up the common damage scammers leave behind so your PC is safe to use again.

Includes removal of remote access tools such as AnyDesk, TeamViewer, and similar software.

What we need from you

  • A Windows PC that can connect to the internet

  • A time window when the PC can be on and available

  • Your best email and phone number for scheduling

  • A quick description of what happened (pop-up scam, remote access installed, account compromise, etc.)

How it works (remote)

  1. Purchase Scam & Hack Cleanup (Windows PC).

  2. A technician contacts you to schedule service as soon as possible.

  3. You approve the remote session and can end it at any time.

  4. We remove scammer access tools, scan the system, and clean up damage.

  5. We confirm results and provide a cleanup confirmation.

Notes and limits

  • Windows only. We do not support macOS.

  • This service focuses on cleaning and securing the PC. It cannot reverse bank transfers or guarantee recovery of stolen funds.

  • If your email, bank, or other accounts were compromised, you may also need password resets, MFA setup, and account recovery steps. We can advise, but the provider controls the recovery process.
