Business I.T. Support

Business machines are higher-stakes. When they run slow, get infected, or fall behind on updates, it is not just annoying. It is downtime.

Business I.T. Support provides year-round remote IT support for Windows PCs, including managed security, proactive maintenance, patching, and priority response when something breaks.

This is a yearly subscription and renews annually until canceled.


What’s included

  • Remote IT support for Windows PCs
    Troubleshooting, software issues, performance problems, email and browser problems, and day-to-day “make it work” support.

  • Managed antivirus protection (Bitdefender)
    Real-time protection to help stop malware, phishing, and ransomware. We install it, configure it properly, keep it updated, and respond when something is detected.

  • Quarterly full-system service (up to 4 times per year)
    On request, we perform a deeper maintenance service remotely. This includes cleanup, optimization, and a full security scan.

  • Account exposure and privacy checks (during quarterly service)
    We run basic exposure checks and privacy checks to help reduce risk and clean up common weak spots.

  • Update and patch management
    Operating system updates and security patches are handled so you are not relying on someone clicking “Remind me tomorrow” forever.

  • Priority scheduling and remediation
    Business customers receive priority response for cleanup and resolution.


What we need from you

  • A Windows PC with a stable internet connection

  • A primary contact for the workstation (name, email, phone)

  • A time window when the PC can be powered on and available

  • Admin access or permission to install software (if required)


How it works (remote)

  1. Purchase Business I.T. Support (one plan per covered PC).

  2. A technician contacts you to schedule initial setup.

  3. We connect remotely using Splashtop and configure protection, patching, and maintenance settings.

  4. When you need help, you contact us and we work the issue remotely.

  5. Quarterly service is available up to four times per year on request.

  6. Your subscription renews yearly so coverage stays active.


Notes and limits

  • Windows only. We do not support macOS for this plan.

  • Remote support covers software, performance, and security work. Hardware failures may require onsite repair or replacement. We will tell you what the realistic options are.

  • If you have not been contacted within 24 hours, reach out and we will get you scheduled.
